I ordered two books from Amazon. According to the information in my Amazon account, i-parcel does the shipping for this order. The problem is that I cannot get the useful tracking information on both Amazon and i-parcel websites. Any suggestions on this?

Same here. It's nearly two weeks behind the estimated delivery date quoted on delivery confirmation email. No way to trace the package at all, even can't find my order in amazon.

What happened to amazon and iparcel? So frustrated!!!

Hey. I have the same problem. What happened with yours in the end? Mine is only about 3 days over the expected date so far...should I just wait and see what happens?

I think you can consider your parcel is MIA. IParcel is one of the worst courier service. I lost an order recently and the customer Service give me a replacement and again via IParcel. When I spoke to the CS, they say that they can't decide on the Courier or the type of Delivery. Now I am waiting for another month, hopefully this time I will get the book. To make matter worse, I needed those books urgently and one of the book has 3 in Stock. So by the time, if the item is lost chances I will wait another 3 month for the re-stock of the book. When I spoke to Brandon Broughton an amazon Executive Relation Team, he say that the CS can choose the type of delivery. So if you trust the CS, you are a fool. They are group of liars and brush you off with stupid excuses. So ladies and gentleman, Amazon made the bucks by lossing your items.

Tracking a parcel shipped with I-parcel is completely useless. No information on where the parcel is at other than has left amazon... wish amazon would go back to DHL shipping for international parcels. The shipping

I used i-parcel shipping option for the first time recently. I ordered a handbag. I was a bit concerned about my package after I read this forum after I placed the order. I don't know if I was just lucky but my parcel arrived in perfect condition and in reasonable amount of time, shipped on 25 of September, arrived on 4 of October here in Australia. Original expected arrival date was the 4th, then it changed to 11th but arrived on the 4th. Of cause it's slower than DHL Express but a lot cheaper too.

To get better tracking information copy the tracking number from Amazon and enter it into i-parcel website
http://www.i-parcel.com/secure/track.aspx

They don't display all of the scans, just the current and previous, but when the package gets to the destination county and is handed over to local carrier (Australia Post in my case) the local tracking number is displayed so you can track it locally. I was able to track it after that on Australia Post website.

I have the same problems. My purchase was estimated for delivering February, 18. The carrier was I-Parcel and till now it has been impossible to track further information about my purchase or get any other information about it.

just adding to the discussion... my order was split in two packages, one delivered by DHL and the other by i-parcel
DHL's package arrived after finve days, while i-parcel's package... well, it's been a month an the package still seems to be stuck somewhere in customs (brasil)

I have also experienced i-parcel's inefficiency. I was returned my order and my reorder by them. I have tracked my parcel on i-parcel website. They say it has been returned to the Internet retailer as information required for customs clearance could not be obtained. I never had this problem with UPS or snail mail. I still trust Amazon, since they are reliable for returns (within a specific amount of time stated in orders info) but I wish they would work with a more reliable company.

The delivery of an item from Amazon.com Germany to Hiroshima, Japan was flawless, exactly on the estimated delivery date. Time from order, an electric appliance, exactly 2 weeks. The i-parcel tracking went very well, too. Not everyone has bad experiences and people don't generally write about the good ones :-)

I have items outstanding for more than a month and now that I follow it up, I get told that I have to supply i-Parcle with a Control / ID number? Where do I obtain this control / ID number. Not very happy.

I always have problem when Amzon ship my books by i-Parcel. And I always complain as well. Don't know why Amzon still hires i-Parcel once so many people complains about the way it works out their service.

Maybe I am just lucky or something, I just would like to say to those reading this that I am from Brazil which is not just around the corner and in the average my books take 6 working days to arrive here, I could say its awesome given the price, just dont compare to DHL. But ask urself first are u paying enough to get your items shipped by DHL, if not, celebrate because I parcel does a good job as well and u r saving money!

In reply to an earlier post on Jun 11, 2013 5:52:29 AM PDT
I am from Brazil too and I don't know how much Mr. Allyson S. pays to get his items shipped by i-Parcel and how much he would pay to get them by DHL, but I know that I use to choose normal shipping for my orders and every time Amzon assigns my items to i-Parcel it takes not less than three to four weeks for the items to get at my address in São Paulo, but when Amazon assigns my items to DHL I use to receive them in just two to four working days at the very same cost.

Same thing here! I ordered a book by Amazon, they sent via I-Parcel, and I cannot get any information, I tried different websites (not only I-Parcel's one) and there is no info! says tracking number is wrong, and it has already been more than 5 days passed the delivery estimated time...it's so frustrating!

I wonder why it took five days for my order to be received by i-Parcel from Amazon? It's been six days now since they got my ordered items and no news whatsoever of its whereabouts. From what I gathered from the comments here, this is very alarming! I just hope to hear from them soon and receive my order within a reasonable time limit.
