Where is my parcel? Really poor iparcel!

I ordered 3 books in Amazon on Jan 17. I chose Expedited shipping in order to receive them quickly. It said I would expect to receive my books after 7 working days. I'm in Hong Kong. Then I waited and waited, and waited. Until Feb 7, I tracked my delivery and found that the parcel completed custom clearance in HK on Jan 28 and expected arrival date is Jan 31. Okay, I can tolerate the delivery might be delayed for several days because of the Chinese lunar new year holidays (from 23 to 25). But I don't think the intracity delivery would take so long in efficient HK. So I wrote to Amazon to check. Amazon's attitude is very nice and helpful. But obviously the problem is at the carrier side.

So I went to iparcel's website and used their tracking service. After inputing the code, it showed: Entered into local delivery system on Jan 30 2012. Then I input my email address in the blank and clicked "Notify me of updates". Followed by endless waiting without any single note from iparcel......

I wonder how could a small parcel takes 19 days traveling within such a tiny city like HK and hasn't arrived even now?! It's ridiculous!! I didn't see there have been so many complaints on this company when I made the order. Otherwise I may reconsider whether to purchase on Amazon. It's really the most terrible online shopping experience I ever had! Why Amazon still uses it??

I ordered a chef knife and paid the amount through my credit card on 7th Feb., 2012 and from the very day started tracking my parcel first on Amazon web side and as per their input it was mention that the parcel shall arrive at my place on 19th Feb. When nothing happened I tried to trace at I-parcel who on their part directed me to contact Express it logistics in India (where I live) but the express it logistics proved to be the most inefficient service provider. Neither they respond to my queries nor they attend phone calls (their No.022-39539500). This shall be my first and last purchase from AMAZON. Hopeless site.

copy and paste your problem to the post "i-parcel Questions and Answers", which usually appears at the newest position. Then someone will come to help you solve the problem very soon.

I ordered Jewish new testament and the tracking no is : AEIABE20002798565 and this was sent by i-parcel on March 15 but these fraudsters have delivered it to the wrong person on March 24 and someone else named : SHAMBHU has taken my consignment as I can see the tracking info .Shame on AMAZON for using i-parcel as their courier.These are thieves and AMAZOn should ban these dogs from delivering the items in India.

It is really ridiculous that Amazon is continuing with this fraudster - i-parcel for its deliveries in India.Iparcel is associating with another fraudster company called : ExpressIT for its deliveries.Shame on these scumbags,
