Kyle Brogmus says:
This post is for anyone who has read the book series "His Dark Materials' (popularized by the film adaptation of the first book 'The Golden Compass') by Philip Pullman. Which are books heavily laced with anti-Demiurge themes, and conveys a more agnostic (somewhat atheistic) spirituality through out the story.

Your thoughts?

Don't know about "agnostic". I noticed many gnostic allusions within the books. Don't remember them now which is a shame but they were there. Quite a few "you gotta be sh--tin me" moments.

Yeah I found quite a few of those moments in there, particularly in the subtle knife when it is revealed that the head protagonist is Enoch turned Metatron.

I also found it interesting that in the last book Yahweh was an old blissful dude incased in a merkabah of sorts.
