Mainstream medicine may pooh-pooh this possibility, but evidence is accumulating that it is a real condition that may account for a variety of symptoms:

So sorry you smell the hole place up. A few colleagues did that once upon a time. Lay off the raw garlic bulbs for lunch and you'll smell sweet.

ps: Looking for work sumwhere else than a hole place couldn't hurt either.

Smelling like fish could be a result of choline oxidase deficiency. Go to a doctor (internal medicine is probably the best place to start).

How do you know that what you are smelling is not primarily from your mouth? You would be surprised how often that happens. Before you do any smelling of any sort, clean your mouth out thoroughly: use a WaterPik, and an interdental brush, then brush your teeth thoroughly, then floss thoroughly with mouthwash in your mouth while you're flossing, then gargle with the mouthwash--Biotene PBF Oral Rinse 33.8 Ounce is good--and then floss again, and smell the floss as you go between teeth. If there is no mouth smell at that point, you will have eliminated mouth odor, at least temporarily, and only then can you really know about the body odor.

234 is heavy. Obesity causes disease. What you eat is probably the cause- and unless you are dying, no doctor is going to fix you. Change your diet, fix yourself. Try eating VERY healthy foods for a week and see if the problem subsides. C'mon...

I am curious what defines 'fat fat'...? Search 'BMI calculator'. Enter your height, weight, age, etc. It will do the math for you, and reveal your truly 'healthy' weight range. As far as I know, there is no natural height for women that makes a weight over 200lb acceptable. Any general doc or specialist worth their salt will test your blood for several ailments (kidney, liver, thyroid, etc) and then recommend a diet. That is the only place for you to start. Everything else is avoidance.

234 pounds is not extremely obese. I on the other hand is 283 and is still able to wash all the nooks and crannies. Often is complimented on how good I smell. She says she has this problem most of her life. So would think it is a physiological problem. Years ago, this child on some program suffered with B.O. It turned out he had a Zinc deficiency. 20 to 30 mg cleared it right up. Not expensive and worth trying.

hi there MC- You must feel awful and embarrassed about this problem. I have your solution. Do not eat meat eggs fish onions or garlic. Go raw if you can. Todays processed foods, flour (which is an intestinal clogger), The meat industry and fried foods are killing people. In fact Dr. Neal Barnard says "the meat industry is responcible for more deaths than all the wars and natural disasters of this century. If Beef is your idea of real food for real people you better live real close to a real good hospital" You are toxic that's all. Meat and white flour are stuck in your intestines. Your body is unable to extract the nutrition from your food because of the stuff coating your intestines so you feel tired and hungry most of the time. right? The stuff that wont move has become rancid and is very smelly! I used to weigh 215 and I am down 25 pound just by becomeing a vegitarian! Also, take a lemon, wash it, put it in the blender with water, make it a bit less thick than a smoothie and drink it You will smell much better. And dont use anti bacterial soap.

Despite only making up five per cent of the world's population, the United States accounts for almost a third of the world's weight due to obesity.

Mastercard, it sounds to me like your problem arises from something more than inadequate hygiene. A visit to your doctor might help. If you want nice-smelling mild bath soap, you can't go wrong with good old Pears brand like grandma always used. Unless they're very prone to allergies and dermatitis, it works wonderfully for folks who bathe often.

Find a 5 Element Acupuncturist, that odor is a sign that tells him/her just what is wrong...treatment will lessen the odor until no one can smell it...All clients have an odor...the odor tells the acupunturist just what to do. A good acupuncturist is not painful.
