I am trying to find a Zombie movie that I saw a few years ago and I just can't find the title. It's about a woman who I believe wakes up to a Zombie outbreak. Her newly zombiefied boyfriend is after her and she runs. The rest of the movie she spends trying to get out of different situations involving the Zombies and crazy humans. I won't say much about the ending for those who haven't seen it yet, but it has a surprising twist that I did not see coming. Those who recognize this movie will know what I mean, but just in case, I'll mention below with space for Spoilers....

She looks in the mirror and finds out she is actually a Zombie and her boyfriend comes to her and they kiss or hold hands or something mushy like that.

Could be the 2003 remake of Romero's "Dawn of the Dead". Fun horror flick.

Was it British and pretty low budget? I'll have to try and remember the title, but I believe I saw it too.
The one I was thinking of is called "Colin". But having read the synopsis again, I don't think its the one you were after.

Thanks to everyone who responded. I found it on Netflix. It's not a movie, but a tv series called fear itself and the episode is New Year's Day. I was looking at the series and one of the episodes sounded familiar, so I watched it. It's not exactly how I remembered it, but that's what I was thinking of. I have no idea what channel that show was on. I must have watched it when it was on tv. Now I'll have to check out the other movies suggested on here.

That was part of a series on and their cable channel. The episode was written by Steve Niles who also created 30 Days of Night.
