THE FAT BAG stuck between a rock cake & a hard plaice

This is an extremely funny little book. The title alone should start you off. The tales within trace the writer's lifelong struggle citing the pitfalls and stumbling blocks she has encountered in trying to lose weight and, more importantly, keep it off.

There are times of triumph trying out another 'new' diet, but she always puts the weight back on. She never gives up though and the diary-like entries tell it like it REALLY is for those of us who can relate to her frustrations.

There's a light-hearted way to the telling of each tale. Chuckle at chapters entitled: "This Little Piggie Went to Town", "All Menus Are Not Created Equal", "Who Said Less Is More?" and "My Cup Runneth Over".

But by no means is it a tale of woe. There are no quick-fixes, granted, nor any reasonable advice, but the truth is laid bare in a quirky, amusing way and has been described as "sheer enjoyment" "with an entertainment factor brought to life in the pages".

Easily relateable, many have... "Been There, Done That, & Bulged Out of the Tee Shirt", everything is just so... "Finger-Lickin' Good" but as the old saying goes..."What Don't Kill Will Fatten"!

FREE from midnight tonight for Two Whole Days, Yes 2 days FREE. Please 'like' and review. Cheers!

You Know you are Getting Chunky When...

This is the hysterically funny book, funny eBook on the taboo topic of gaining weight, packing on the pounds --- getting chunky - getting fat. Page after page of ridiculously funny fat quotes jokes and cartoons. So fat jokes, fat people jokes --- it's not meant to be mean, it's just funny.

Sample Quotes: You Know you are Getting Chunky When...

* You start handing out condoms to your fat cells as they are reproducing too quickly.
* If you were kidnapped, and they charged "by the pound" for ransom, you would be in serious trouble.
* You are continually getting calls from "Sumo" recruiters. You Know you are Getting Chunky When... (The Unleashed "You Know"Series)

I posted this on the other thread but it belongs here:

Let's talk about women and gravity.
Yeah, I spend a lot of time on this topic. No, I'm lying. I don't. I value my life.... and, uh, other things.
Anyway, back to the women and gravity. If you really think about it, women don't try to lose weight.
They are actually trying to lesson the force of gravity between them and the bathroom scales. If our gravity were to suddenly lessen to, say, point nine Gee's, every woman in the world would lose 10% of her weight.
However, she would still look the same. Would she be happy with her newfound weight loss?
I don't think so.
So the proper thing to do now is for everyone to realize that women don't really want to lose weight,
You heard me.
They don't want to lose weight.
They want to lose MASS!
So starting today, women, you want to go on a mass-reducing diet.
And you want to hear stuff like this, "So Kathy, you look great, how much mass have you lost?"
I know the above statement seems chauvinistic ... at least it does to me. It's well known that many men are also overweight, and are very interested in dropping a few pounds. Maybe healing that plumber's butt thing. So dropping pounds is in no way limited to women.
But men can drop weight much more rapidly than women. All we have to do is shake our heads, and let some of the rocks dribble out.
