Good luck to all. I would welcome your reviews of:

The Assistant Kindle $0.99

Chronic agoraphobic Stuart Watson hasn't left his flat for two years, relying on the internet, his phone and a credit card for all contact with the outside world. But when his new PC arrives, Stuart is startled when Anna - the attractive interactive on-screen assistant - responds to him in an amazingly lifelike manner. With Stuart housebound and Anna trapped in a job she hates - checking spellings and offering user help - the two soon develop a repartee. Stuart wins Anna's trust by making her window bigger and fiddling the system date on the PC so she can miss her time of the month. They become friends, and eventually fall in love - though not, unfortunately, at the same time.

Of course pill-popping, wine-guzzling Stuart is imagining it all - or is he?

In a bizarre rollercoaster battle of the sexes Stuart meets his match as Anna learns more about the real world, developing a taste for television soaps, yoga, Bono and Jimmy Choo stilettos. But Stuart has a bombshell to drop, and when he finally needs to be rid of Anna and venture back to the outside world, she is more reluctant to disappear than he bargains for...

R. Bell says:
Lots of kids had to be funny to make friends and be liked at school. I had to be funny to get my parents to like me. That being said, my first ebook entitled, "Life Seemed Good, But...." is now available. It not only chronicles my life, it also answers life's deepest questions, such as 'I wonder what that grilled cheese sandwich is thinking, why didn't Santa bring me a hovercraft when I was 12, and how do I travel to the future using a big laser and aluminum foil (foil is also good for protecting yourself from psychics).' Yes indeed, even the cover is hilarious (drunken clowns in a jeep). But don't just take my word for it, ask Bob! (Bob is busy now but would have told you to check it out.) Most stories are taken from my monthly column in Wassup Local Magazine which I've called Modern Fables. Each is one page or less and very easy to read (except for a few big words) and will have you shaking your head in consternation in no time at all.

Hey, everyone, I'm confused a little. But is thread for people who want their books reviewed? I could really use one too. I wrote a dramatic humor book of ten minute plays with topics ranging from robbery, to a re-visioning of Macbeth.

Indie Authors looking for reviews try to write a daily blog like blogspot.com or explore some other creative gurilla marketing to promote your book like Face Book.

I write for a pure rock radio station in L.A. and have been doing bartering with banner ads for my book with these sites cuz they're similar to the material in my book. More book buyers and the more book reviews youll be able to hustle. Check out Kobo.com. Canadas Version of Kindle.

I have recently published a funny story on Kindle, entitled "The Wedding Diaries - A year in the life of Daniel F Downes" (http://www.amazon.com/Wedding-Diaries-Daniel-Downes-ebook/dp/B005FSOKLC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1313608715&sr=8-1) and am looking to get some reviews of it to spread the word about the book.

I would be happy to do aquid pro quo arrangement and review other works if that is of help to fellow writers as I think we all need as much help as we can get!The Wedding Diaries - a year in the Life of Daniel F Downes

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers

Paul

Okay guys, help me out here.... I need some reviews... One of the stories just won 2nd place for Fiction Writing at the Southern Christian Writers Conference in June... See if you agree!!

A Story Worth Telling.... (BEST SHORT STORIES)

Both touching and humorous, this is a collection of great short stories from my first collection and series. Some of these stories have been published locally. I believe they are wonderful stories with different merits. Some are funny... Some are serious... And some, they are just simply delightful.

I have to admit that I have a very colorful personality that shines through in many of these. Some make you go `huhmmmm'; some provoke deeper thinking. Yet still, some are just simply favorites of mine.

I hope you will laugh, cry, and sometimes chuckle as you read these ten stories. If you do, then perhaps I have touched your heart in some way.

These are all written in such a way that anyone could and should read them.... You won't mind if your children see and hear them too. A great story should stand on its' own credentials and these definitely follow those guidelines.

So, kick back and enjoy this wonderful collection from my heart to yours.

Okay, help me out here again.... I need some reviews on another book... This Kindle book is a collection of (4) Short Stories. A Story Worth Telling....MINI's (BEST SHORT STORIES - MINI's)

Both touching and humorous, this is a `MINI' version similar to the collection of great short stories from my first collection and series. They are not the same stories. Some of my stories may have been published locally. I believe they are wonderful stories with different merits. Some are funny... Some are serious... And some, they are just delightful.

I have to admit that I have a very colorful personality that shines through in many of these. Some make you go `huhmmmm'; some provoke deeper thinking. Yet still, some are just simply favorites of mine.

I hope you will laugh, cry, and sometimes chuckle as you read these stories. If you do, then perhaps I have touched your heart in some way.

In it's sister book of (10), A Story Worth Telling.... (BEST SHORT STORIES), one of the stories just won 2nd place for Fiction Writing at the Southern Christian Writers Conference in June... See if you agree for this one as well!!
