Shouldn't that be tittle-tattle?

I was thinking tattle tail. Or is it tattle tale? Tattle tittle? Tit for tat?
I taught I taw a puddy tat?

Irish reader says:
Puddy - as in pudding? Hmmmm.

Well it IS book of recipes (although not recommended for vegetarians if I understand the tittle correctly).

Well, if it's a Vegan Nightmare then it must be steak pudding. Liver pudding? Sausage pudding?
That tittle is a little confusing.

It's tat pudding - potato pudding. Possibly the most delicious meal in the world (at least to any self-respecting Irishman).

Really? Potato pudding? I've never heard of that. What's in it? Besides taters of course.

Irish reader says:
Well you said 'Puddy Tat' and 'tatties' is an old Irish abbreviation for 'potato'....

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 15, 2012 7:04:32 PM PST
I believe you. But now you've got me curious about potato pudding.

I know I shouldn't encourage this by commenting here, but I did just look. Granted I have no interest in the paleo diet, in fact, while I've heard of the "caveman diet" I hadn't heard it referred to as "paleo". When I saw the word vegan, I thought vegan cookbook, not vegan nightmare. It's not that clever. It's confusing.
