For the same reason my cats feel the need to walk across my genitals with their pokey little feet whilst I'm taking a nap.

Scamp says:
I looked up the title in the Kindle store, and the book page came up with the message "pricing information not available." I'm in the U.S. and I'm guessing this is available somewhere outside the States.

If you click on one of the paper editions, you will see a box right under the title graphic on the left headed "Tell the Publisher!" You can click that and hope that the publisher gets the message. There have been quite a few books I have wanted that are either not available in US or just have not been converted to ebook yet.

Good luck.

It's available for me to purchase (from Amazon US, but I am based in Au).

Lol Matthew
You should experience a Toy Poodle jumping 3' from footstool to couch... landing with weight & claws on the most sensitive part of your breast. That's a real eye opener.

Usually this question gets asked about "To Kill a Mockingbird". In that case the author doesn't want it published for Kindle. But, wow, "Half Blood Blues", which is available now, is a new one.

Psylocide says:
I have a 60 lb Border Collie that jumps over 6 feet in the air, flips majestically over the footstool and lands gracefully on my entire body.
