I have a kindle keyboard and it has been frozen for 2 days now. I have charged it, plugged it into the computer and tried to do a hard reset with no luck. I held the button over for almost 30 minutes and it is still frozen on the same page. Any suggestions/advice???

Sounds like it's time to contact customer service.

Try holding the button over for 30 seconds, then release. It will usually come on to the screen where someone is reading under a tree. This screen won't show up for at least a minute or two. From there it takes a few more minutes to boot up. Only hold the button for 30 seconds, and count them.
I don't know if it will work but it's worth a shot. Good luck!

Try unplugging it before you hold the button, I had this happen to mine just a day ago too. Make sure it is charged before you try to hold the button.
