This company is a SCAM - Rip-off. So pissed right now - charged my credit card $84.95 for a 'trial size' eye cream.... called Egyptian Skin... I could not find any reviews on the product - I am afraid to use it. I tried calling the phone # listed on my CC - but it was not a good phone number. Disputed the charges - but by the time it was investigated - the return time had lapse. The company will not take the product back and refund my money.

Dispute the charge through your credit card company. They should help you.

Yes I had a Direct marketing Continuity subscription charge for $14.97, disputed it and somebody said I would have a refund in two working days. All very strange. jim

yeah, you're being charged for Amazon Prime subscription and it seems it gets renewed without really telling us. It's easy to cancel the subscription. simply call the customer service and they will work with your refund.

Sounds like y'all signed up for a free Prime trial membership 30 days ago and forgot to cancel it... so now you get charged for it, as you agreed.
You can go to your account settings to cancel the membership and get a refund for any unused portion.
