I bought an e book off of another website that will load onto my kindle, however it is saying that I need to add the email address to my "kindle approved email list". Where do I find this?

ShirleyKat says:
And when you get there, click the Personal Document Settings link in the left column.

Did you read any of the posts above yours?

Yes, but there's one post 'missing'. And, as I can see, that is the one in which ShirleyKat explains where I can find it.

There's a section to add approved email addresses. Look down the whole page, or search on the page for mail.

The "Personal Documents Settings" menu is what you want. Under "Your Kindle Account". I clicked the one under "Your Kindle Library" too, but the title is "Personal Documents", we want "Personal Documents Settings". Hope this helps with the frustration.
Manage Your Kindle>Your Kindle Account>Personal Documents Settings>Approved Personal Document E-mail List.

I spent a while tail-chasing on this, too. Here's the Reader's Digest version:

Go to Your Account | Manage your Kindle

Search for 'Personal Document Settings', *NOT* 'Personal Documents'

Search for 'Add a new approved e-mail address'.

Aside to Amazon: You probably could have made this a bit easier
