My fire keeps having this issue when i try to access an app off the wifi it crashes. It makes using my kindle impossible. Apps that i am told by the maker should work without the wifi. It is all of my apps free or paid for. Anyone else have the same problem.

I'm sure you've taken care of this by now, but that just happened to me with my son's Fire. The date and time had somehow reset to January 1, 2000 and the time was off. I noticed it yesterday just before the error messages started. I reset the date/time, and the apps started working again. Just wanted to post so anyone else having this problem could try this fix.
My son's kindle was having the same problem. I did a hard reset and noticed Stephanie R. Hankins said above, that his date was reset to January 2. I reset the time to "automatic" and the games all work fine now. Thanks for the info!!
