I occasionally buy magazines, but never buy every issue of a magazine on an ongoing basis.

Why can't you buy individual magazines or newspapers for the Kindle? Why do you have to subscribe to get every issue as and when published?
Your reply to R. Carvel's post:
To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)

It took me a while to figure out that what I was looking for just wasn´t there. I thought it strange not being able to look at the content of each issue before purchasing. Now I know why, they don´t care.

Hello-
If I'm not mistaken, you can purchase individual issues of any magazines. Every magazine and every newspaper I've purchased from Amazon, have been single issues. Maybe go back and look a little harder at the blurb?
Anyway, good luck to you-
Michael

You can purchase either single issues or a subscription. The subscriptions tend to be lower in price per issue.

I recently purchased a year subscripton to a magazine through the mail. However, my husband just bought me a Kindle fire and I would love to have the same magazine on my kindle. Is there a way to have it on my kindle without buying another subscription?
