we got an update 6.2 just now!!!

I have no idea what's in it. I shut down and even shut off WIFI and as soon as I shut it off it updated. Must have downloaded when I was using it. I'll go to fire page and see if it says anything.

Apparently its been rolling out the past several hours. No clue on what it updates, nothing I can see. And no patch notes. Why no patch notes? I've long been an online gamer and I gotta say, making changes without the courtesy of patch notes is poor Customer Service.

It doesn't delete unwanted preinstalled apps or adjust the carousel or do anything else that we are all hoping for. I was hoping it would straighten out the glitchiness of the page turning and add the a-z tab on the side of the books like the apple app does.

Dean, try doing a hard reset. If that doesn't cure the problem try deregistering your device and then reregistering it and putting your wifi info back in.
