When I click on sync to furthest page read it tells me to turn on the Annotations Backup.
I have turned it on and it continues to give me this message.
Anyone else have this issue?
I have email Kindle support also.

Did you turn it on on both devices/apps?

Is Annotations Backup also turned on for the other device you are trying to synch to?

EDIT: Also, is "Manage synchronization between devices" turned on at the bottom of the Manage Your Kindle page?

I just checked something that I kept wondering about. Do there have to be 2 or more devices for this Synch to furthest page read to work? The answer is No.

I turned on wireless to make sure Amazon had the lastest page read on a book, set a bookmark at 36%, and then used Go To... to go to the cover.

With wireless still on, I chose Sync to furthest page read and it told me the correct location for the last page read in this book. So I was able to get back to that page. This was on a K3, in case it makes a difference.

Thanks for replying.

@ Carly

Where are you turning on Annotations Backup? In Menu/Settings? If it is ON the words will say Turn Off. If it is OFF the words say Turn On.

Carly says:
Yeah in the Settings from Menu.
I turned it off and then back on just to make sure and it still is not working.
Maybe I will hear from Support.
HOWEVER, this is the greatest support group!
