Yeah I have in the past. But Kindle CS just informed me that releases are based on Pacific time. I could have went to bed...

For the past several months I've been getting them by midnight Eastern time.

I've gotten spoiled. I have two arriving tonight, it's after two am Eastern time, and they're not here yet. I'm getting impatient ;)
