Truthseeker says:
This is so weird and Amazon can't seem to fix it. I could watch CNN and Fox videos, and then one day, they stopped playing. YOUTUBE and Netflix still work. Flash is enabled and I have the latest update. Any ideas?

Same problem here. Would really appreciate Amazon fixing this problem.

motherly love - There's nothing for Amazon to fix. Those websites are probably requiring an updated version of Flash, which is no longer supported by Adobe for Android devices.

Contact the websites and request that they update their websites to use HTML5.

I am guessing it has to do with the websites (they changed some setting or something) and has nothing to do with Amazon.

Have either of you tried using a different web browser?

I was able to play Fox using Dolphin HD 8.5.1 with Flash installed. CNN did not work. I will try Firefox and post back.

Okay Firefox crashes on my Fire HD, so I was not able to test it. Firefox did work fine on my 1st gen Fire, so you might try it on your and see if CNN works...

I just got a fox news video to play when I linked to it from Twitter. The same video would not play from Foxnews.com. Go figure.
