Is kindle keyboard compatible with Mac OSX?

Is kindle keyboard compatible with OXS.

I don't know much about Macs but the Kindle Keyboard presents itself to the computer as an MSC device, as does a thumb drive. So if the Mac can use a thumb drive it should be able to work just fine with the Kindle Keyboard.

In what sense? Kindles mount like USB drives on computers, and you can copy files to and from them. The KK works this way with any computer that can mount - flash drive, including those running OSX. There is also a version of Calibre, the free e-book management application, available for Mac.
