Are you trying to use their website or the Netflix app?

When in doubt, reboot the device.

If rebooting does not work, try uninstalling the netflix app and installing a fresh copy.

reboot your router.

There is a known issue with the Netflix mobile app and routers.

I tried all the directions above and none of them worked. I keep getting "Netflix is trying to connect to the available network (13007)". Help?

I have the same problem... the 13007 code. Netflix works fine on our Sony BluRay player over Wi-Fi.

Well I just checked and I am getting that error when I open the app and I was watching netflix fine earlier today so I am guessing it's a netflix glitch with the app and we need to alert them. Mary

Well things happen and I bet netflix is working on it. I have had netflix for almost a year and this is the first i have seen an outage so i think that's pretty good. I bet hulu and blockbuster are not perfect either. Did you pop them an email to see what's going on? You do know know you can watch netflix streaming from a PC until it's fixed? Mary
