Amazon always services its US market first. That is fine with me, as it is usually the first batches of a new model that have more problems.

if it's the Basic Kindle and Kindle Keyboard, you have to get the international versions, if it's the Kindle Fires and the Paperwhite, you'll have to be patient, if it's certain books, I don't know (ask the publishers)
