I own a Kindle keyboard with WiFi. I registered for Prime. I cannot access the lending library,

Did you try to borrow a book using the KK? You can't do it from a computer. Is your Prime membership a paid one, not a free student/guest/mommy account?

What have you done to access the lending library? There isn't really a separate library. You find a book that is KOLL eligible and borrow it from the Kindle. I search for books using my PC because it's easier but you must borrow from the Kindle itself. Here's a search for Prime Eligible books.
