Can anyone comment on the covers you selected for your Kindle Fire HD 7" and your pros and cons. Trying to decide which cover to purchase for my 7" Kindle - so many are now available for purchase from Amazon and I am truly undecided

@NuBeginning88: I use M-Edge Latitude covers for all my Kindles. I have carried them in backpacks around the world on planes and buses and trains and cars with no problems at all over the past 2 years.

I can also recommend this one: MoKo(TM) Slim-fit Folio Cover Case for Amazon Kindle Fire HD 7 Inch Tablet, BLACK (with Automatic Wake/Sleep function, Protective Hardback, Built-in Multi-angle Stand)--Lifetime Warranty It's very well-made and attractive, fits perfectly, supports the auto sleep/wake function and is available in a variety of colors. I'm very satisfied with mine and recommend it without reservation.

Expensive but worth it; gorgeous, with excellent protection and durability. Before you decide take a look at the Fire covers on

I have the amazon one and the marware vibe. The amazon one is great and does everything perfectly except be useful as a stand. When I try to use it as a stand, it doesn't stand well. The vibe one has some design flaws (if you want to charge while it's in the case, you have to put it in backwards, so the open-to-unlock doesn't work, etc), but it makes a wonderful stand.

Tom, I have a Blurex for my 1st gen Fire and love it. I purchased what looks to be a similar design (different distributor) for my Fire HD and it leaves much to be desired, so I am still on the hunt. Does your Blurex slim case fold completely and neatly back upon itself for one hand reading/using without the device popping loose from the edge grips or any bowing of the case?

ETA: Never mind, I found a youtube video about this case and it addressed my question. : )

Thank you, Tom. I ordered, received, and really like it! Like you shared, this cover folds back neatly without any gaps or bowing, unlike another I have tried. Love the slim profile and the protection it provides; and the price can`t be beat. Should have known that Blurex would come through, just as they did so well in covering my 1st gen Fire. Thanks for the heads up on this one.
