Would like some advice. Is the 16 gig going to be enough. Or is upgrading to the 32 gig a value? Will likely only have a few movies on the kindle. Not sure if I need the 32.

Shirley, buy as much as you can afford. No one ever regrets buying the larger storage, but you may regret not getting it.

Shirley, it's going to depend on your use. I personally don't worry about memory too much, since I don't keep that much actually on my devices. I let most things be stored in the Cloud, and then swap it around as I need it.

If you are going to only have a few movies, 16GB may certainly be enough (if you have regular access to wi-fi...that's another deciding factor).

See? We Pros do have different advice sometimes. :)

I bought a Fire wth 32GB because I watch and download a lot of TV show episodes, and it's great to have. As Meya said, it's best to buy more memory if you can afford it, as once you start using it, you may find more uses for it and may want to download more to it, rather than just what you originally planned to use it for, and may regret having less memory in the long run.
