CS = Customer Service. But now that I think on it Jazz is right - they probably can't do anything for you.

The case is not the same thing as the device. If the device hasn't yet shipped, you can cancel that order. You can also return the case once you receive it.

This is not a huge problem. It must be associated with your geographical region though. I just checked the cheaper of the 2 PW models and the delivery for me would be within 2 days. I started the order process and took it all the way to the "confirm" stage and it continued to say that it would arrive by 12/29.
