I thought this was going to be a real posting instead of a self-promo job.

Psychological dramas are my favorites. I was hoping for some real recommendations.

Again I apologize. I'm a new author and as you know promotion is difficult. So please disregard the old post.
My favorite genre is the psychological thriller and my favorite is shutter island. I work at a hospital where they house the criminally insane. The mind has always intrigued me and I love books and movies that have genuine twists and many sub-plots!!

The forums were overrun with self-publishers describing their books, and so Amazon created the "Meet Our Authors" forum just for them. You are most welcome to post there (find it at the very bottom of this screen). Many people like supporting new authors, but just as many don't (a history of too many typos and gramatical errors, etc.). Amazon wants to keep the rest of the forums clear of the promos.

I completely understand. Thanks so much for the heads up. I'll check it out.
