Good morning, everyone. Thank you Charlie-bird for starting.

I'm going to start asking for volunteers to help with the biweekly book discussions. The requirements are that you have read the book and can contribute a discussion question if necessary, and that you are available during the discussion time.

If interested, please leave a post for me either in this thread, or any FBaC daily thread. Please include my forum name (N. Podaci) so I can search for it.

Right now I'm looking for volunteers for the next two scheduled discussions: "Mandate 33" and "Alaskan Fire."

Thanks!

Today I found a this one that looked good.

Academic Body by Shirley Allen.

Can someone tell me how to insert a link because I keep trying but it isn't working. I would love to post with books I do find but I don't want to just list the title for everyone when it's easier to have a link. Thanks for any help and once I know how to do it I will continue. I don't know if it matters but I am using Google Chrome. Thanks again!

Almost perfect. Just add a bracket to the front and end and you've got it. :)

ETA and no quotation marks

ETAA The box you are typing in has a button that says "Insert a Product Link" click it. Paste the ASIN # into the box that pops up, hit enter, click the kindle book result. Don't worry you'll get. Just takes some practice.

Also sometimes for me at least the button doesn't show up. If it isn't there format it like this: [[ASIN:NUMBERGOESHERE TITLEGOESHERE]]

I do, thank you very much.

I feel so stupid and while I don't like that word I knew I had put a link in before but thank you so much for the help. I didn't even see that box for insert the product link. Okay I have a few things to go do but I will come back and see what books I might want to link to and thanks again for steering me in the right direction for how to do this. I really appreciate it.

No space between ASIN: and the number and you got it. :)

ETA Looks good! Told you you'd get it. And you aren't stupid. Everybody has something that makes them feel silly. Mine is Everytime I'd head the Kay Jewelry commercials and they'd say "Every Kiss begins with Kay" I'd say "Really?! Every time someone kisses it's because your jewelry? Kind of conceited aren't cha?" It wasn't until I was about 20 that I realized it was a play on words and that yes the word kiss will always start with the letter K. Me and mom got a big laugh out of it, because she finally got it after I explained it to her.
