Can I not opt out of Special Offers anymore?

But that device is showing up as registered to the right account? I don't have any other ideas but to contact customer service.

If you're not in the US you won't see that option; it's only available to US customers. I'm in Australia, and I can't see it. If I change my residential address to the US I can see the option, but then it asks me for a US-billed credit card in order to pay the difference.

What are the column headings under "Registered Kindles?"

That is to say, I do not have the "subscribed" column. I have checked my account on three different devices and this column is completely missing.

Under Manage Your devices is a list of all your Kindles. In the chart it will state ' subscribed' with the word ' edit' next to it in itty- bitty text. Select edit.
