My Kindle Fire HD will find my network printers fine but won't hold them as a default printer once I pick one. Not sure what to do next?? Any one able to help me??

I downloaded EasyPrint, but it will not recognize my network printers, one of which is an HP Envy 110, which is DEFINITELY compatible. Neither EasyPrint nor the Kindle Fire HP will recognize or allow me to select/input any printers. Any thoughts/comments/suggestions?

It does not work on mine. I tried and I have Epson Stylus NX430 and I download EasyPrint on my kindlefire and then I sign on my google account and the it couldn't find the printer. What did I do wrong?

Does your printer have to be wireless

EasyPrint is a great (and free) printer app for the Kindle Fire. I have an Epson Workforce 845 printer. I just downloaded EasyPrint app to my Kindle Fire. Open the app on the Fire, sign on to your Google email account. Open the app's menu. Select "Printers" and then pick the (wireless) desired printer (as your default printer) from the list of printers your Fire found. Select "Print document" and search for what you want to print (in my case, a couple of photos that I had downloaded). Select them, hit print, and viola! I had my printed photos in a minute. The app was a piece of cake to install and is very intuitive app. Great app for the Fire!

You can use a smart phone for paperless boarding pass.. Does kindle fire allows this function?

Hope it works for you - my printers arn't capable of receiving emails. Just be nice to use WIFI to do so. Print boarding passes would be great too.

If you can send an email from the Kindle Fire, I think you can print to print to ePrint enabled HP printers. Just send the document as an email to your printer email address. Will be getting a Fire today for Christmas and will try it to see if it works.

Any news on printing from Kindle Fire yet? Any apps available yet?

If you have somehing to print and you can attach it to an email, the current line of HP printers is supposed to do it. There is a printer app in the App store and some of the other printer manufacturers have Android printer Apps.

Nonetheless, Carbonbased is correct.

That's a good question. Since you can email documents to the Fire, I wonder if it has a print would have to be wireless printing only, though. Anyone?

We'll know in about three weeks.
