Neither does Amazon. If you choose to pay less by buying a Kindle Tablet with "Special Offers" then that was your choice of what you selected to buy, if you do not want the Special Offers any more, then you can choose to pay the outstanding to pay the full price for the device instead of the discounted price.
So what does B&N offer for a discount on their Tablets?
