-Agree. My son is 9, and while he has his own Kindle, he does NOT browse books. I just made a joke of this elsewhere, but it really happened: To Gnome Me Is To Love Me-Kid book, previewed, downloaded.

For Whom the Bell Trolls-Kid book, previewed, downloaded.
The Fast and the FAERIEous-Kid book, previewed, downloaded.
Gnome On The Range (Gnome Novel Series- Book 1) WHOA!-NOT A KID BOOK!

As far as I know, there's no way to filter results from Amazon so as to block certain categories of books and still allow access to others in the Kindle store. The only solution I know of is to enable parental controls and block access entirely.

I look here - http://www.ereaderiq.com/free/

By default, adult content is blocked. Unfortunately it is ONLY blocked if the author tagged the book as adult content so a few do slip through.

I was just looking through the free ebooks and was shocked to see so many books listed that are not appropriate for my 9 year old grand daughter to see. Is there a way to edit what books are listed so I could let her pick out some books on her own?
