Which model of Kindle do you want to register, William?

And yes, Meya has a good point; will your daughter-in-law be added on to your account, or will she add it to her own?

**Meya** says:
Do you want to leave it registered to your account? If yes, just give it to her the way it is. You can have both of them registered to your account. If you want to share you books, that is the only way to do that.

If she already has her own Amazon account with Kindle books, she will need to register it to that account.

I had to buy a second Kindle when the screen on my original one was broken. The original is now back repaired andf I would like to give my second Kindle to my new daughter in law.
I have read about de-registereing - so if I deregister the second one do I have to register my daughter -in law or can she do the registration.
