Okay. You get the Clever Award of the Day - Never mind the acronym.

KUDOS!

Will chapter 2 include that those of us who bit into the Apple Job creations also bit into the Amazon "ecosystem" by Kindle apps, thus moving over and grabbing up Kindle Keyboards?

Dude. Post of the Year candidate.

You should publish that as a Kindle Single and sell it for $0.99.

The Blade says:
Once upon a time, long, long ago in a land far, far away the Amazon Fora were created. People started to post in them in small numbers. Bezos looked down and saw that it was good.

Then Bezos took the spine from Cryptonomicon and created an ereader. He said, "This shall be called the Kindle." And it was good.

All the people began to buy these "Kindles" and then began to post in the Amazon Fora, and it was good.

Then Bezos felt that the Kindle was outdated for it had been more than a digital minute since it was created. He made a better Kindle which he called the Kindle 2, or K2 for short and created a new forum to go with it. But all was not quite so good.

For you see, the owners of the K1 were jealous of the features of the K2 and the new owners of the K2 weren't smart enough to understand that someone had purchased a K1 ahead of them. So the new owners of the K2 began to post on the K1 forum and vice versa. This ushered in the start of the K-wars. There was much gnashing of teeth and wailing which was an abomination on his ears.

So Bezos looked down from his heavenly abode in Seattle and was amazed at "teh dumb" that was fracking up his fora. He said, "This cannot be for I intend to have many Kindles in the future. Some will be large, some will be small, some will even have lights and display many colors on their B&W screen in the form of blotches. I even plan to make small computers created in the form of the stone that Steve Job brought down from Mt. Cupertino which I shall also call a Kindle just to confuse the masses."

So Bezos, in his majesty and righteousness combined the two fora and determined then and there that never again would he separate his Kindle forum.

Are you talking 4" LONG or 4" in WIDE... 'cause I've been told that can make a difference.

In reply to an earlier post on Nov 30, 2012 7:21:05 AM PST
That was the consensus, yes.

There isn't a forum for the Fires. The forum that you are referring to is supposed to be about real fires as in burning down forests, arson, etc.

Oh shut up. lol

How else would I hold a 7-foot TV in one hand with the other tied behind my back. You must have money to burn and your mom's basement is obviously bigger than my mom's. Oh the unffaaaaiirrness of it all. Thanks for nothin', Damazon!

Nobody wants 4". If they pretend to, they're lying.

I want a 4" (YBIK) Fire LED to connect to my 7-foot TV that will give it all the properties of e-ink and doesn't require me to buy a separate charger or HDMI cable. And a new truck to make the whole thing truly mobile. And if it doesn't run iTunes, you've ruined another Christmas, Damazon!

How come when I turn my kindle fire off I don't see any pictures? How do I turn off ads? How come I can't use kindle fire like a supercomputer?

pfffft. Well, DUH! You just didn't train your monkey properly. Instead of blaming Amazon or expecting titanium (which is toxic to monkeys, I might add) and you didn't mention wanting monkey mom controls (I know that will be you next request, huh) I suggest you buy my new ebook "One Click Monkey: Perfecting Your Monkey's Behavior in the Digital Age". 25% off this week only!
