According to the Kindle Touch's product description, it can hold 3000 books.

Nahh. More than a bunch! Almost a caboodle and in some cases the whole caboodle..... ;)

OP - ChattyCathy is right. Around 3000.

Edited because I repeated myself....

Judith, when you start to get too many books, the Touch starts to slow down and eventually will lock up. You will find that you need to do a reset more frequently

I try to keep less than 100 on my Touch as it is easy to download more books when I've read a few and moved them to the archive.

How many music tracks can i download onto my Kindle

In reply to an earlier post on Jul 10, 2012 2:51:23 PM PDT
As many as will fit.

Your question is impossible to answer. It's kind of like me asking how many people will fit in the shed when nobody knows what shed I'm talking about or how big it is.

It depends on how big the music tracks are and what other things you have on your Kindle (and which Kindle, though I'm assuming the Touch since this is a thread about the Touch, but one can never be sure).
