I received my Kindle Fire HD today and not much is going right with it. I was able to get the wifi set up and facebook and figured out the library, but that's about all. Everyone says to read the Users Manual that comes with it, but where is it? Can't figure out how to enlarge the pages or the fonts of the pages except the web pages to expand the pages and the font size for books. I understood that the duo processor was faster, but I can't load in movies. I do have a 256K DSL, but from my reading on the info on the fire I thought it would make it fast. My iPad was a lot faster then this HD, even when the laptop is on. Any advice on these problems? I said I looked for the Users Guide, all I got was a Welcome to Kindle Fire letter.

Tap the star icon in the bottom corner to open the Favorites shelf, then tap the Help & Feedback app (the blue bubble with the white question mark). Your user's guide is there. You can also find it online here:

Go to the top of the page and swipe down and tap on More. Tap on Help and Feedback and you will see the a listing for the User's Guide. You do need a wifi connection to look at that.

Just an FYI, this is my 4th Kindle and it took me a bit to get used to the Kindle HD. To enlarge the print on a book you have to be in a book. Tap on the page and the enlargement option will be on the top of the page.

Also, the enlargement option is not like the e-ink Kindles. On the HD, there are two sets of Aa with a number in between. If you want the font to get larger, tap the Aa on the right. If smaller, then tap the left one.
