the word definition button does not work.

There is no such thing as a word definition button. Go to and hit the Contact Us button there, to get your problem fixed.

Hi, one suggestion - don't know which kindle you are using but, before I got my fire I was using the ipad app - accidently deleted the dictionary off the kindle app - you might check your kindle bookshelf and see if the dictionary is still on the device. Otherwise i would contact help
