Music I add to CloudPlayer is not showing up on Kindle Fire HD

I just got my Kindle Fire HD and decided to try the CloudPlayer. I added 5 CD's, and two of them went up. It gave me some sort of weird "matching error" for the rest. Those two CD's show up in my Fire. I then went and added 159 more songs....None of which show up in my Fire. I've sync'ed, rebooted, etc. How do I get the cloud music to show up on the Fire???

Could it possibly be an issue of non-compatible or drm files? (scroll downto importing your music to find the list of compatible files) and might be helpful

Immediately I got 9 tracks and no problem and looping to download the others. I even deleted original cd and started over, did a hard reset, cut off wifi, shut down tablet, 3 hours time I tried a lot....finally it got all the tracks in the end. Like to hear how you make out. I haven't tried any more, hope it's just you and me and not a big issue in the future or small update(which is the reason I'm sharing my experience, also)(s)

The cloud music only refreshes on the Fire periodically. You need to set the refresh time for less, or do a manual refresh, both of which can be done in the settings menu for music.

The Cloud Player will only recognize music it can identify through its music database. If any of those songs are not from the original published CD and have been modified in any way that changes the metadata, they won't be recognized.

OK, let me clarify. I imported 159 songs into my cloudplayer. I can see them, play them and download them to my PC from the CloudPlayer JUST FINE. This means that Amazon is just fine with these songs. The problem is that they do not show up on my Kindle....well...the first two albums I imported did, but none of the 159 singles.

ah, I see what you are saying. Have you set the Fire to display by song and not by album?

Gregory, even if they all work on the PC, that doesn't necessarily mean they will work on the Fire. For example; .flac and .wma are supported by the cloudplayer and will work on your pc. The Fire will not support those files though. (The list of supported files for the Fire Audio supported within Music: MP3, Non-DRM AAC (.m4a), MIDI, OGG, WAV)

Patricia, Thanks for your post. Most of my music is .WMA so I checked. The albums that I can see are .MP3 format. But so are all 159 songs I put up individually. I did this all last night, so any sync timing should certainly have been exceeded by now.

I bought a CD using amazon on my cellphone and it's in the cloud on my phone and computer, but not showing up on my Kindle Fire. What can I do?

I was on the phone with an amazon customer service rep and he refreshed (sync) the kindle by going to home screen, pulling down the "shade", touch settings, then device. There is an option to sync device with i guess the cloud. But this still didn't work for me. I have 250 songs in the cloud and NONE are showing up on drvice.
