Unable to borrow from KOLL even tho I've got Prime

I'm unable to borrow books anymore....no prob with my Prime, returned all books, Tech support can't help even after deregistering and registering again. Been waiting for the "development team" to come up with an answer...for a week. anyone got any suggestions?

You must borrow the book from a Kindle device, not a Kindle reading app. Are you trying to borrow from a Kindle?

What, exactly, is the message that pops up on your Kindle when you click "Borrow"?

Although, the "borrow" button will be grayed out, if your one monthly borrow has already been used.

Traci, Have you checked your "Manage Your Kindle" page to see if you have a Prime book borrowed? You MAY have accidentally borrowed one, or forgot to return one from a prior month.

Edited to add:
To make it easier to search your MYK library, IF you have a Prime KOLL book in your account, Under the "View" drop-down menu, you'll be able to click on "Loans"

Thanks for trying to help. I am trying to borrow from the device or the website. My subscription says I can borrow a book....the button is just gray and won't allow it.

Have you already borrowed a book in December? If so, you have to wait until January to borrow your next one.

And don't use the website on your Kindle OR your computer. As Meya said, you have to do it via the Store link.

There is no error message. My subscription says I'm able to borrow a book. I've deregistered and re-registered my Kindle, no solution. The button is gray.

I am using the device. My subscription says I can borrow this month. I've had my device, and Prime for a year and borrowing is my only problem. The button is gray. Had copious numbers of phone calls to support....sent them my Kindlelogs a week ago and the development team is supposed to be researching my issue.

Done this many times....on my Kindle, in the store, in the KOLL. Even support says I should be able to borrow but the button is gray. Since September.

I don't see a "loans" button to click on in the view drop down menu using my Kindle. I don't have any books out on loan is that why?

I've borrowed in the past nearly every month. My last book was returned. My subscription says I am able to borrow. Tech support says they don't see why I can't borrow. They now have my Kindlelogs with the development team and are, hopefully, researching my problem. They've had the logs for over a week.
