Is it extremely graphic? I like these kinds of books, as long as they are not too graphic.

Queens' Play: Second in the Legendary Lymond Chronicles has been reduced from $9.99 to $6.99. I've been watching some of Dunnett's other books hoping for a price drop so I hope this means her other series will be reduced as well.

For those who are fans of Alexander McCall Smith's No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency books, a couple of his books set in Scotland rather than Africa have been reduced from $14 and $15 to $7.99:
44 Scotland Street: A 44 Scotland Street Novel (1)
The Sunday Philosophy Club: An Isabel Dalhousie Novel (1) (Isabel Dalhousie Mysteries)
Oops, looks like the first book in the Dunnett series has also been reduced to $6.99.
The Game of Kings: First in the Legendary Lymond Chronicles

I will have to put "No Idle Hands" on my wish list! It sounds like it's a great book (I'm a knitter).

I've been avoiding this thread all day because of that book!

I think it will haunt me forever, like the one-armed bandit in that Twilight Zone episode! Ahhhh!

So, tell me, did you buy it?

Emily - awesome! The wireless on my first generation Kindle died recently, so Mommy got a new one and the now happily wireless model went to my seven year old daughter. She has been a big reader for awhile now, but wow she can't put down the Kindle. I just snagged a few of those 1.99 books to transfer from my computer. Please pass along more if you find them. Thanks!

@Mean Mr. Mustard: Thanks so much! I've had my eye on this for quite awhile, but just couldn't force myself to pay $17.99, even though I was assured it was worth every penny! I wavered for 2 or 3 seconds wondering if the price would go lower, but my one-clicker finger won out. I can't wait to read this one and put it directly on the top of the TBR pile. :)

Scout, Atticus, and Boo: A Celebration of Fifty Years of To Kill a Mockingbird (P.S.) I am so tempted...I loved that book, and have read it several times, but I just can't justify the price for something I've read, even with commentary, when there are so many great ones I haven't...and I got into trouble last month mostly on discounted books! Gotta be super careful this month. I guess I'll just sadly gaze at my DTB instead. (Old Yeller, too!!!) Why don't any of the ones I have on price watch go down!
