Let's add that.

Hail Ming! Boldly Carp! So Geese!

>"Don't you mean, "Holy Carp, So Geese?" "

Fact: While I've seen those terms used a few times I missed their genesis, so I'm not 100% crystal on when it'd be appropriate to use. I'd hate to come off like John Cleese in the Dirty Hungarian Phrasebook sketch (though bits of me /have/ been known to explode with delight under the right circumstances).

No reason we can't have several variations.

Boldly Carp, So Geese (Original)

Holy Carp, So Geese

Hail Ming! Boldly Carp! So Geese!

Let's make a game of it!

Wow! And it took you more than a month to figure out that you didn't want it? Not the brightest in the bunch.

You really are a mean little...!

Right? Had he returned it before the end of January, he would have received more than $29.00. But I guess that's why he's an "entrepronour" and I'm not.

I've invited maybe half a dozen people to be my friend (I'm very selective, you know.)
****************
Yeah, you never even invited me. Oh never mind, you're selective, you wouldn't want me. LOL! =)

In reply to an earlier post on Mar 9, 2012 10:36:32 AM PST
I know, right?! LOL! =)

Why take $199 for a return, when you can take $29 for a trade-in. Makes sense to me.

Hear that, J. Gatie? He thinks you're jelly. I wonder, does the child-troll know he is toast?

Bet he really hurt your feelings with that one; huh? Imagine the intellect it took to reach the conclusion that you are jelly?

On the downside (What? Wait. IS there an upside here?) that must mean he still has his fire. He must be using its webcam to spy on you. ;-)

I wish I could locate the original thread... it was pretty amusing.

There are no real rules, just let it flow naturally. That has been half of the fun... ;)

What did you trade it for? A case of diapers or two complete sets of mattress protecting rubber sheets for your bed?

Jelly? Well I hope I'm raspberry or strawberry, because grape stinks. Just call me Schmuckers.

How are my nephews?

I'm sure my ignorance is showing here, but jshiel, could you please explain to me what a "dective" is as well as the definition of "entrepronour"? Also, since your profile says "I love Amazon", why are you attempting to convince us that its products are so bad and out-dated? That's the type of customer loyalty that Aunt Ammy could do without. Oh, I also just read your review of the Keurig coffemaker and am really happy for you that customer service, in your words of course: "Amazon steeped up to the plate "--what a lovely play on words! They had the intelligence to realize that you wanted a *coffee* machine, rather than a machine that would *steep* tea.

Awwe, thanks! =)

Your nephews are doing really good & have decided that it is warm enough outside lately that they climb up into their stroller a couple times a day to go out for a walk. LOL!

'scuse me. If you knew any "facts" about Kindles, you would know that font size can be adjusted. And since you have "waaay" more friends on facebook than we will ever know, I'd suggest you honor them with your presence and give us a break. :-)

This seems to be the genesis for it:

Then it evolved:

That's adorable. I'll bet you get some really strange looks when people stop to say how cute your babies are!
