Yes, I hear you, I can never remember which is which either, which is why I often cover my bases by offering a multiple choice. ;)

I would send you some peonies if I thought they would travel well.

I only have two bushes but they produce a tremendous number of blooms.

Now that the sun has disappeared here, I should go cut more. It got windy all of a sudden and looks like rain.

The master of the house (Hah! How he would laugh if he saw that ;) is on his way home and will not be pleased if rain interferes with his lawn mowing plans! I'll check my weather app and look at the radar to see if we're supposed to be getting rain.

Have you chosen your melancholy book yet? That is strange that your good mood seems to be at odds with your reading yen. I've never thought about it before. It's interesting.

I'll have to remember see if my mood reflects my reading choices. Although I'm not sure how I would correlate my mood to my reading choice a few days ago when I picked out a post apocalyptic zombie serialized book to read next? ;-D

We have 3 peony bushs; One dark pink, one light pink (almost white) and I think a medium pink but while the foliage looks great no blooms this year. One light flower is open but otherwise everything is just getting ready to pop up here.

I'm about to read that "Slammed" book... preparing myself mentally for it. Sounds cute.

But one of the things I'm tired about melodramas is they're always going to parties, or the girls are always getting hit on by the creepiest dudes (guess cuz they're so oblivious to their own prettiness and all), or the guy just always happens to rescue her. Dear lord... I think I'm better off watching Kdramas, lOl.

I think the mood comes from things like, when you're happy in life, suddenly something goes wrong. Life has corrupted me.

Pat. Thought you might like that. ;)

Third post from the bottom.

If there is an object that is being put down or placed, it's "lay." (-:

Check out this maroon and look at how much time we spent with him.

I have to admit I agree with Pete, if not the 'delivery method' of his reply at the end.

One old fashioned dark pink that you see everywhere, at least in PA, and one very softly pink blush that almost looks white. The almost white one is the one I grew from seed. Tomorrow when the light is better, I was going to put up a pic on my profile of one bunch that has some of both colors in the vase.

I started a giant bonfire in the Weber, jugged half a can of beer and crammed it full of onion and spices, rammed the can up an unsuspecting chickie's azzz and threw it on the barbie. Dinner should be done in a couple of hours. With fresh asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Can't wait!
