It has been my experience over the last year or so that 9 out of 10 of them frankly haven't the first clue what they are talking about. None of them have ever even heard of the Amazon Vine program, not 1 out of 20 is familiar with the Review Guidelines that they "interpret" - to the point of not having read them.

I used to give Ammy 11 out of 10 for customer service. Lately, if you aren't Prime and don't have the most simplistic of questions they hardly deserve a 3 out of 10.

I also got it for a week and then back to the single e-mails. Recently, when I get the books past 12 midnight, I'll get a combined e-mail. Weird!

Now he doesn't know how Liz got her order sent to her that way. He says she clicked on all those books at the exact same time and that's how she got the combined orders.
Really?? That's quite interesting Liz - could you tell me how you did that please? So I can do it too? He's looking into it. . .

I'm not sure of exactly how it works, but I think that when I send my books to my Kindle, those all come in one combined email later on. When I send books to the Cloud Reader, then those books all come in individual emails.

I would also love to have my orders all in 1 or 2 emails. I annoy myself when I 1-click and then hear the noise on my phone... "ooo email. Wonder who from?" Then realize duh, I just ordered a book! Lol

I do often click several in rapid succession, but not at the EXACT same time. I use chrome, I go through this thread, or the "See more" bar and open the titles that sound likely in another tab, then I go from tab to tab, read the description, check each one's "See more" bar, and then 1-click. And then to the next tab... That takes anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple minutes, depending. But I only get a separate email if there are hours between purchases. I pick up probably 30-50 books a day and I don't get more than maybe 4 emails.

Hope you enjoy the gifts. Like I said, the $$ I would have spent on books I am interested in that I get as freebies, well, I decided to send gifts to the people who post links to the freebies!
I have not been able to send each and everyone who make it possible for me and others like me to 1-click on freebies gifts yet, but it's because there are no WLs or I have not gotten the chance to send them out, yet! I do have a list and I'm going down and crossing off names on that list...

It says in the email they can't do it if paying by gift card, but now that I think about it, I think that was when I got mine - when I was buying gift cards and using them to pay.

I just checked and I started getting the emails with the combined receipts March the 8th and continued until this past weekend. I have been sending my books to My Kindle Cloud for the last few days. I use to send them to my kindle and then archive them myself. I read on this thread that a lot of people just sent them to their Kindle Cloud and save time. So maybe that is why it changed. But I want the combined receipts back. I had to go through a bunch of emails this morning before I could even take a peek at the new freebies. Oh well maybe they will give us an option when they find out we want it.
