And that would be us. (The actual RL camera users) Right?

Forgive please.

I'm still a little dazed and confused from last night's session. ; )

I'm sorry, but every time I read these, I wonder: why the heck do you need a camera on this device?? I must be missing something here...

New Girl says:
You really didn't need to "wade through" much of anything as the first four responses in this thread answered the question and explained that it was an inactive ambient light sensor.

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 20, 2012 5:03:27 PM PST
Yeah, ok. That is all fine and dandy. But is it a camera? And, if not, what is it?

Posted on Feb 20, 2012 5:45:54 PM PST
Stujoe. No. Really. Stop now. Why muddy the waters?

You KNOW it's a camera

Besides, a lot of us still have those amazing pictures you sent us. Don't make me post them in my Public folder on (in? Still holding onto my confusion) Dropbox. You know even if I don't some of the others will.

I swear, officer, that I didn't know it was a camera when I took those photos! They told me it was a light sensor!

Posted on Feb 20, 2012 6:41:19 PM PST
Hah! You came with that one pretty fast. Not the first time you've tried to use it; is it?

Did it work before?

S. Fletcher says:
why does it look like it has a camra in the top left hand side ?

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 22, 2012 9:15:57 AM PST
It's just a small part of an elaborate disinformation campaign. I'd tell you more, but they might be locking onto my signal even as I type this, so what ever you do eo()$kj3 $,.ms)(#*$#njknfRF)#%R./........

<what is a camra?...>

IDK? We need more detailed information to answer your question accurately?

I'll try to help....

CAMRA = Advocacy group that supports consumers rights in the United Kingdom and Europe with respect to the beer and drinks industry,

CAMRA = Multi-currency, multi-instrument portfolio accounting supports complex securities, sophisticated investment strategies, multi-currency investment.

CAMRA = Center for Advancing Microbial Risk Assesment... camra.msu.edu/CAMRA is developing a central repository in a wiki format, to make quantitative microbial risk assessment information available and accessible to the public.

Camry = Personal transportation device

There are other possibilities.

Seriously though. It's a camera. It's also a webcam. And for an elite few users, it is a superb waffle maker. But you need a special app to enable that function.

Of course, you'd already know that. IF you bothered to READ even a post or two on the first page of this thread.

Doug? DOUG!?!?

Are you okay, Hon?

I'm more than a little worried about you?

PLEASE tell me you weren't injured in that massive wifi explosion?

I'm really, really worried!

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 22, 2012 10:52:00 AM PST
I'm good, I'm good. Explosion was actually 3G, so it wasn't anywhere near the Fire.

Posted on Feb 22, 2012 12:50:49 PM PST
Thank Karma! I was a little alarmed. Glad you are safe. Especially from explosions. I don't much care for them.

And from a purely selfish POV, I enjoy your posts and would miss them, should you meet with an untimely demise. Or really, any demise at all. ; )

New Girl says:
Try this, go to the first page of this thread and read the first five posts. If you still have a question come back and maybe we can help some more.

King Al says:
You obviously didn't read any of the posts in this thread.

HINT: The answer is 2 letters long and it starts with "N".

If Bridget still has a question beyond the first five posts in this thread, I'm not sure we can help her.

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 23, 2012 1:17:17 PM PST
New Girl says:
Well, "help" can take many forms, but you are right there are some who are beyond help.

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 23, 2012 1:19:16 PM PST
Actually, she asked if it was a camra.

I can, with 100% certainty, assure Bridget that it is NOT a camra.

In reply to an earlier post on Feb 23, 2012 2:51:15 PM PST
<IS IT A CAMRA OR NOT???!

First. Stopping yelling.

Do you read at all? It's painfully obvious you don't read posts.
Not even when when they're "in reply" to yours. I told you before....

We don't know.

First you have to tell us what a camra is..

*sigh*

Hey. Who was it that told us earlier to be nice to noobs?

Usually, yeah. I try.

But sometimes the only possible answer is "No."

Thank you, Kindle Fire, for putting a fresh coat of paint on the September That Never Ended.

Maybe that thing up in the left hand corner is a 3G Hotspot. Mine isn't really hot but it is definitely a spot.
