AR,
I don't think there is a way to share a link.
If you have one of the e-ink kindles, from the Home page, you can hit menu, then "Show Special Offers."
Mine shows three pages worth - on page 2 I saw the music offer, clicked on it, then you have to click on "Email Me this Offer."
Once you get the email, you link back to amazon and get the credit.
Much faster/easier than I've made it sound, I think...

ETA: actually, the special offer was on page 3 for me

Avid R.: On at least one of my laptops, the touchpad is so sensitive that I inadvertently activate it whenever I'm speed typing. Sometimes wipes out whole paragraphs if I'm not careful. Drives me nuts when that happens.

Looks like the music offer is good until October 14th.
Lots of $5 albums on sale too...
Almost went for the Nick Lowe, 'cause of this song, but think I'll just copy the lyrics here instead:
;)

***********************
I READ A LOT - NICK LOWE

I read a lot, nowadays
Much more than before you left me high and dry
In a loveless land
With nothing but time on my hands

I read a lot, not just magazines
But other more serious things, to get me through the day
Nighttime too
Whilst wondering how in the world to go on without you

"Lonely" isn't the word for me now
"Blue" doesn't describe it somehow

I read a lot, I can't put it down
While others are painting the town, you'll find me in a world
Of fantasy.
Population: one. That's me

So if you ask me how I stop
Contemplating what I now have not
I'll reply
I read a lot

Yes Sandra, GrandDaisy does have a lovely wedding story. I resisted marrying my DH for years. Finally, I agreed that it would make things easier if we got married. He told me to "Plan the wedding". Well, my first plan was to get married on Halloween. All the guests had to wear costumes. I would buy a wedding dress at the thrift shop and dye it black. Ditto a veil. Add lots of blood red roses. The ninja bride. DH was to rent a gorilla suit. And carry a Burberry Raincoat. DH nixed that idea. Next plan was to go to Vegas an have a drive thru wedding. DH nixed that idea too. He put me in the car and took me to get the license. A couple of days later he built a fire after lunch. Soon a strange car arrives in the drive way - it is a "Marriage Official" - making a house call. So, we were married on a snowy day in January in our living room. It took less than 15 minutes. Cost less than $50 and so far - it has worked out great. That was 20 years ago. And, I was wearing black pants and a black sweater that day so I was still the Ninja Bride!

Peg...you have a vivid imagination....what a he-man your DH is, he took matters into his own hands....and before you knew it, you're married. How neat that is. He reminds me of my DH; once he decides something....he's on it and gets it done. And y'all lived happily ever after......I love your true fairy tale. :o)

Now, I ask you all and I want your votes. Have you read anywhere better love stories?
Better dramas? Better comedy? Better recipes? Better history? Better biography?

I am voting for this mispacha!!! hands down...none better

Interestingly enough, I met my bride at a Halloween costume party. We also got married on a holiday, only it was July 4th.

Yep. Lost my independence on Independence Day. How apropos.

There are some incredibly good stories here with the BAAAers. I love reading the posts and learning these life details. I think I mentioned way back in the early days what a goldmine this thread is for material. I had no idea what an understatement that was.
