My sister downloaded Candy crush app on her Kindle 7inch.
While playing a game and 2 balls explode, her kindle stopped working. Has this happened to anyone else. Was Candy Crush too powerful? If yes why did it allow her to download?

No, probably just poorly coded. why was she allowed to download it? I guess it depends where she downloaded it from.

Patricia - No, it just locked up her Fire. She needs to reboot it.

TO REBOOT YOUR KINDLE FIRE:
For 1st Gen Fire (2011 model), 2nd Gen Fire (2012 model) and Fire HD (2012 model):
Make sure it has at least a 50% charge. Unplug the Fire.
Hold the power button in for a full 30 seconds (count them). Disregard any messages to shut it down.
Press the power button again to turn it back on.
The "kindle fire" screen will appear for a couple of minutes while it's coming back on.

For Fire HD2 and Fire HDX (2013 models):
Make sure it has at least a 50% charge. Leave it plugged in.
Hold the power button for a full 20 seconds disregarding any 'Power Off' notices.
Stop pressing the power button.
The flickering "kindle fire" logo should appear and it will turn back on.
