How do I get the price shown for the matchbooks for which I qualify.

You should learn to use the Help section of this web site. I just searched on Matchbook in help, and found a page with a link to this:*Version*=1&*entries*=0&. That page shows all your eligible books, along with prices.

Susan, thanks for your response. I know which books I have purchased that qualify for a matchbook. My problem is that when I go to the amazon site, I can only get the regular kindle edition price, not the matchbook price. Thanks.

If you bought the books through the same Amazon account and are having problems getting the Matchbook price, contact Customer Service by clicking on Help at the top of the page.

DId you buy them NEW from Amazon and not a third party seller??

If they show up on the list I linked to, they should show the matchbook price when you click on them to purchase. If they don't, call customer service.

CBRetriever says:
you need to click on the "Your Matchbook titles" and see if any show up, then click on them one by one and you should be able to purchase them

however, it only applies to US residents so even though i purchased lots of books in the past that qualify, I get no matches now

I used the same link and the first time around (about 2 wks ago) I got a list of a number of books that I own and I took the opportunity to purchase the kindle version at that time.
However, now when I go it says "We were not able to find any Kindle MatchBook eligible titles based on your past print book purchases". Anybody else had this happen? or knows why it would happen?

it's doing the same for me - my guess is that the books in the program come and go

I just checked and a book that should have come up in my listing:

Lord of the Fading Lands (The Tairen Soul Book 1)

shows on the product page, that it is part of Matchbook, but it does not come up using the search link

Same thing happened to me today. I used to have about 18 matches. I was checking to see if there were any more that had become eligible, and got the same message. However when I went to the kindle version of a book I had bought from Amazon, in hard cover, it showed me the low price. I'm guessing it's a glitch.

Same here; I had eight, now I have zero. Seems to be a glitch.
