Is your e-ink Kindle Registered to the same Amazon account as the Kindle for PC app? Additionally, some books can only be read on certain Kindles or Kindle apps (just a thought, it mostly college textbooks and "print replica" books that are limited in this way.)

If you turn on your e-ink Kindle and connect it to wireless and "sync and check for new items" (from the menu) the new books should appear in your archive. Have you tried that?

When I first got it the items on the kindle for pc just went to the kindle EINk. Well not all of them just the ones I had purchased from amazon.
I found a link on my church site for .pdf booklets for kindle, they went to the kindle for pc but not to the kindle eink. I wanted them on the EINK kindle. Only the ones I purchase from amazon go to both.

You will have to manually transfer the PDF files to your Kindle.

Download them to your computer and transfer them to your Kindle via USB cable. Instructions:

Yes. That's because the PDFs are not from Amazon. You were not clear in your first post that you were talking about content not purchased from Amazon.
