Waiting around and checking every few days for the Kindle HDX 7" to go back on sale. Now that I've bought one at $179, I cannot bring myself to pay $229. Patiently waiting, but if anyone has any tips on when it's going back on sale, let me know!!!!

might be a long time from now, but they'll most likely definitely go on sale next September or October just before the new models are announced

Not that you can go by it but yes, they typically do go on sale right before and right after the new versions are released. There was just a $30 off sale that was only a couple days long that just ended yesterday. I bought my Kindle Fire HD in April of 2013 and I know there were at least two price sales/price crops that happened with in the first month after I bought mine. That didn't necessarily have to do with a new release but thought I'd mention it anyway. No one on here is really going to have any incite as to when a sale might be coming up beyond general knowledge of past trends like right before a new model release, etc.

Because beans are over a dollar a pound, and takes a quarter pound of beans to generate fermentation. Government paid for research. Lol.

They're on sale now for $30 off. Don't think they will go any lower.
