I have a bunch of diabetes cookbooks, and some of them have been really disappointing. A book which instructs you to order a certain meal at Boston Market, or tells you how to make a turkey sandwich is not my idea of being helpful. One book i did like and use a lot, was Healthy Calendar Diabetic Cooking, but it's not available for Kindle. So do you have any not too difficult, not too easy diabetic E-books to recommend?

The best book for recipes and hints to normalise your blood sugars is by Jan White, Decoding the D-word: Beat Diabetes by thinking like a Pancreas! Easy to follow, great recipes and suggestion that will transform your sugar levels I thin the month you begin to follow it. Cheap on Amazon ebooks - you can transform your life for the cost of a cup of coffee with cream! ;))

Here's a bunch of them. I'd download samples of them first to see if they are what you're looking for.
