I am unable to view my collections on my new Paperwhite. As per what I read in another thread, I have selected Device and All Items, but Collections remains grayed out and unclickable. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

I would try a reboot. Hold the power button down for twenty seconds for it to reboot.

Have you connected at least once to wifi and sync'd? You will need to do this to make all features available.

I have rebooted now and manually sync'd and still nothing. Thank you both for your suggestions.

Have you created or imported any collections?

I had created collections on my Kindle Keyboard, but when I look in my Manage Kindle section on the Amazon site, I don't see any option to import those collections. I can't find those collections at all, actually. Is there something I have to do to get the collections from the other Kindle to Amazon? Thanks for your help.

Yes, I think it's Archive/Cloud>Import Collections.

ETA: Which, obviously requires that you're connected to the Internet.

R. Birch, is your Kindle Keyboard still registered? If it is, you need to first download the books to your Paperwhite. Then, you would tap the Cloud tap on the Home Screen, then use the Menu icon (3 horizontal lines) and you'll see Import Collections. After you tap Import, you'll see the devices that are registered to your account that have Collections set up. Select the correct device, your Kindle Keyboard, and proceed from there.

But, the books must be on the Paperwhite first, and the device you are getting the Collections from, in your case your Kindle Keyboard, must still be registered.

And yes, you must have WiFi turned on.
